CONSULTATION DURING CONSTRUCTION. BUILDING REMODELING HAS BEEN COMPLETED. ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING WORK IS NEARING COMPLETION. NO ISSUES OBSERVED WITH CONSTRUCTION AT THIS POINT. DISCUSSED THE FOLLOWING POINTS:
1) CFPM CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR AT LEAST ONE PERSON ON STAFF. TWO IS RECOMMENDED. 2) FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION TO BE COMPLETED BY EVERY EMPLOYEE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE. 3) 1B FORMS NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY EVERY EMPLOYEE. 4) BODILY FLUIDS CLEAN UP KIT NEEDED BEFORE OPENING. 5) REFERRAL FORM TO BE SIGNED OFF BY LOCAL INSPECTORS BEFORE APPROVAL FROM KCHD. 6) HAND WASHING SIGNS TO BE PLACED AT EVERY HAND WASHING SINK. 7) ALL EXTERIOR DOORS AND BATHROOM DOORS MUST BE SELF CLOSING. WILL COMPLETE PRELIMINARY INSPECTION ON FRIDAY, MAY 5 AT 10 AM. |
